"Restoring dignity and hope, one compassionate act at a time."
Mission
At the Deidra Kwang Foundation, our mission is to restore dignity and opportunity to the most vulnerable – particularly street dwellers and children in underserved communities – through consistent access to hot meals, safe shelter, quality education, and improved healthcare. Guided by the principles of compassion and equity, we are committed to advancing Sustainable Development Goals 2 (Zero Hunger), 3 (Good health and well-being) and 4 (Quality Education) in Ghana
Vision
We envision a compassionate world where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to life’s basic essentials: food, clothing, shelter, and education. A world where the less privileged are not only supported but empowered to thrive, contribute, and feel a deep sense of belonging in society.
Our Commitment
Basic Needs
Basic Needs, Brighter Futures: We are driven by the fundamental belief that everyone deserves access to the basic necessities of life: food, clothing, and shelter. Our dedicated efforts are aimed at reaching out to street dwellers and children, offering them a helping hand, access to quality healthcare, and a glimmer of hope for a better future
Education
Transforming Education: Education is the cornerstone of progress and empowerment. We are deeply committed to improving the quality of education in underserved communities throughout Ghana. By investing in schools, teachers, and students, we aim to unlock the potential of every child and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.

Get involved
Empowering communities through practical support and lasting impact. From basic needs to bold dreams, our projects bring hope to life.
Satisfied Sunday; The 20 cedis project
Through acts of kindness and support, we bring light to the lives of street dwellers, nurturing hope and a sense of belonging.

The Em-powered Drive
Through this project, the Deidra Kwang Foundation provides reading materials and stationery annually to one elementary school in a deprived community in Ghana. The chosen school and region differs each year.

The Hope Drive
The Hope Drive is an annual collaboration with other charity organisations that focus on supporting less privileged communities with their expressed needs. The support ranges from the distribution of clothes to the provision of foodstuff or healthcare supplies, depending on what the recipients really need.

The S-A-W Project (Sustain a Widow)
The Deidra Kwang Foundation supports 1 widow in every 2 years financially to make life a better experience for her.
